The Parent Blocks Newsletter

This section of the West Virginia Early Childhood Provider Quarterly magazine is designed to provide families with relevant information on a variety of topics that focus on children's issues from a parent's perspective. It may be photo copied by providers and distributed to program families. The newsletter must be distributed free of charge.
